It can emphasise the significance of unconscious processes, and in particular, how these processes influence us – both as individuals and in our interpersonal relationships.

Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy
A time limited treatment over sixteen weeks that uses a structured psychodynamic approach to recognise patterns of thoughts and feelings that maybe causing a change in your levels of anxiety and mood, affecting your relationships.
